Cultivation and Certification: Natural (Organic cultivation but no certification). Awards: 2024 Great Taste, 1st Prize at the 2020 Paris Tea Competitions, AVPA.
Ingredients
Black tea*, Cloves*, Cinnamon Bark*, Cinnamon Leaf*, Orange Peel*, Ginger*, Green cardamon, Lemongrass* Coriander seeds, Black Pepper. (*organic).
Notes
Genuine, Fiery, Holistic.
Brewing Instructions
A spoonful (2g) at 95℃ / 206℉ and steep for 4-5 minutes.

Meet Pharsuram Khatiwada of Kanchanjangha Farm. He is an entrepreneur within the Kanchanjangha enterprise. He not only works as the cook in the factory, but also runs a little shop to provide essentials to the workers, and works as a security guard. Moreover, he has a separate meat business in the village centre. Kathmandu Cosmos is dedicated to the most versatile and cosmopolitan person of Kanchanjangha.
