Internship with Tea Rebellion/Matcha Rebellion

Rebellion Food Brands with its brands Tea Rebellion and Matcha Rebellion is a global/local social impact tea and matcha start up operating in from London, UK and Toronto Canada. We are here to transform how tea  and matcha are traded, marketed and consumed. We want full representation of teas’ origins in the teas we drink and make the world fall in love with authentic, untainted pure teas.

 

We’re looking for change champions who believe in our manifesto and what we are all about and who are fully committed to making a difference. As a social impact start up we expect everyone who works with us to live the product and brand. As a small team there are many different areas within our strategy, marketing, PR, Fundraising where you can get involved in. Its important to match both experience and interest for maximum impact of your time with Tea Rebellion so we have outlined some area of focus below.

Social Media and Marketing

We’re looking for a social media and marketing rebel; a calm and collected campaigner with great attention to detail and an amazing ability to get stuff done. Our marketing rebel will spread the love our amazing teas and brand via online social media campaigns and engagement with followers and customers. The role has a strong focus on delivery, so lots of confidence and prior experience are helpful. The scope of responsibility and growth potential across our social media platform, live events, filming of impactful clips is enormous. Are you up for it?

Fundraising 
We are currently fundraising and if you are keen to learn everything that a raise involves this is your chance. From editing pitch decks, to networking events, to LinkedIn outreach to reviewing term sheets and financial projections you will get a broad exposure in raising from angels, family offices and early stage VCs.

PR and Comms 
We’re looking for a talented PR and Communications creative; As a PR rebel you will pitch stories related to our mission and partnership and raise the awareness of our brand story and our founders’ profile. 

Partnership and Ambassadors
We love our existing partnerships and brand ambassadors and are looking for someone to. help our team with research and outreach to who can nurture and expand our existing programs.We’re looking for a Partnership Rebel an engaging personality with experience creating lasting win-win partnerships. Our partnership manager will spread the love our amazing teas and brand via brand partnerships (other cool brands) that will increase the reach and brand awareness of Tea Rebellion and accelerate growth.

Time Commitment and Renumeration:
Our internships are part time ranging from 8-20 hours a week depending on the focus area and are unpaid. Internships can be remote or take place in thee UK. We expect you to commit at least 100 hours or a 3 month period to ensure a successful learning experience and impact for our venture. We have in the past participated in University work programs and can do so if that is required (please note this and any specific time or process requirements on your application below).
