Amazing quality, hands down the best Matcha I've ever tired. The flavour is so fresh and either hot or cold the taste is very consistent. I highly recommend this product.

This matcha is perfect. It is not bitter, quite subtle, and I get a boost of energy that lasts me throughout the day every time. Wouldn't recommend it enough!

I have been drinking Matcha since a trip to Japan in 2005. This is by far my favourite source of Matcha I have come by in North America. It is highly fragrant, with the brightest new spring green colour. The favour is full-bodied with sweet pungent grassy and floral notes. The taste is closest to the mountain shade flavour I recall from my first cup at the temple garden in Japan.

Despite being on the bitter side (brewing below 80°C definitely helps to combat this), this matcha lives up to its described tea character: sweet, vegetal, rich. It has been my go-to matcha powder as of late!Published date16/06/20Was this review helpful?00
