Organic Matcha.
This matcha is made from 100% Yabukita cultivar tea leaves harvested in Spring from around Fujieda. .
Add about 2oz of 80°C water to 1-2 Tsp of powder to a cup or bowl. Stir or whisk until it's frothy/creamy, then add milk or milk alternative to taste.

"I have been drinking Matcha since a trip to Japan in 2005. This is by far my favourite source of Matcha I have come by in North America. It is highly fragrant, with the brightest new spring green colour. The favour is full-bodied with sweet pungent grassy and floral notes. The taste is closest to the mountain shade flavour I recall from my first cup at the temple garden in Japan. While I often add some unsweetened almond milk, it provides a smooth rich cup on its own. I also like to use it for flavouring on foods. Try some sprinkled over pomegranate seeds. I am grateful that Tea Rebellion has sourced this distributer as we hear concerning information about matcha with various toxins like lead on the market."
