This matcha is made from 100% Yabukita cultivar tea leaves. The matcha leaves are harvested in mid-May after three weeks of shading.

Brewing Instructions

Add about 2oz of 80°C water to 1-2 Tsp of powder to a cup or bowl. Stir or whisk until it's frothy/creamy, then add milk or milk alternative to taste.
