Cultivation and Certification: Certified Organic by Ecocert for Canada Organic Regime and USDA, Fair Trade Certified.

Organic Black Loose-Leaf Tea.
Notes
Fresh, fruity/ flowery aroma and even a caramel, raisins, and dark chocolate flavour (although don't be discouraged if you can't quite taste these the first time around). Character: Distinguished, Sophisticated, Complex.
Brewing Instructions
One spoonful for one cup, brew at 95℃/ 203 °F, 4-5 minutes for a brisk flavour.
Ratna Rai
Kanchanjangha Farm
Meet Ratna Rai of Kanchanjangha Farm, the oldest employee of Kanchanjangha Tea. He was responsible for physically constructing the factory when it started and later running the fire oven for the dryer machine. Though he has worked for more than 30 years, he still finds joy in the tasks he does in the factory that he constructed with his own hands. Due to his great contribution and his important role, Kanchanjangh has dedicated the first and most famous tea to him.
