Kanchanjangha

Kamala (right) grows several herbs including our lemongrass and is pictured here with her helper Sita and Tea Rebellion founder Annabel. The Ginger and Tumeric roots are re-planted and harvested every 1 (Ginger) or 2 (Tumeric) years. The Nepali variety of the Tumeric is particular savory.
