Custom’s father also worked at Satemwa for 35 years. Previously Custom was a supervisor who oversaw tea roasting. He wants to encourage his children to join Satemwa after completing their studies. He sees his role as making all specialty teas — black, white, oolong and green — but his favourites are oolong and greens, as he likes their health benefits and refreshing effect.
